Compression Suit Therapy
The FLOWpresso® compression suit is an innovative therapeutic system that combines compression, far infrared heat, and deep pressure therapy in one powerful treatment. This advanced technology enhances circulation, promotes lymphatic drainage, and induces deep relaxation through rhythmic compression patterns and therapeutic warmth.

How does it work?
Inside the Temazcal, heated volcanic rocks are placed in the center and doused with water infused with medicinal herbs, creating therapeutic steam.
As temperatures rise to over 100°F (38°C), participants move through four ceremonial "doors" or rounds, each representing different elements (earth, fire, wind, and water).
The combination of heat exposure, guided breathwork, and ceremonial practices creates an environment for deep physical purification and emotional release.
The ceremony is led by a trained guide who facilitates the experience through traditional songs, spoken word, and prayer.
The compression suit systematically applies pressure from feet to torso through individual chambers that inflate and deflate in a precise sequence.
This progressive compression pattern helps move fluid through the lymphatic system and enhance circulation.
Simultaneously, far infrared technology penetrates 2-3 inches into tissues, providing therapeutic warmth from the inside out.
The suit's deep pressure component activates the parasympathetic nervous system, similar to the calming effect of a therapeutic hug, promoting profound relaxation and stress relief.

Backed by science
Clinical research on compression therapy has demonstrated significant benefits for circulation and lymphatic health. Studies published in lymphology journals show that sequential compression therapy can increase lymph flow by up to 30% and reduce inflammation markers. Research on far infrared therapy indicates improved cellular repair and reduced muscle tension. Additional studies have shown that deep pressure therapy activates parasympathetic responses, reducing stress hormones and promoting relaxation.

Benefits of Compression Suit Therapy
This therapy has shown promise in:
- Enhanced lymphatic drainage
- Improved circulation
- Reduced muscle tension and soreness
- Decreased stress and anxiety
- Better sleep quality
- Accelerated exercise recovery
- Reduced inflammation
- Relief from chronic pain
- Enhanced detoxification
- Improved nervous system regulation
Integration with other modalities
Compression Suit is most effective when combined with other approaches to nervous system regulation. We integrate neurofeedback with various other modalities to create a comprehensive approach to mental and physical wellbeing.

Sympathetic Dominance Protocol
A psychosomatic stress reduction method that combines various modalities to identify and remove emotional blocks that express as physical symptoms.

PEMF & Infrared
Muscle relaxation, improved circulation and ion transportation to stimulate the body's natural recovery process.

Photobiomodulation
Red light and Near Infrared Light of specific wavelengths interact with the mitochondria to boost ATP production (more energy).

Cold Thermogenesis
Nervous system regulation training and helps to reduce inflammation, boost metabolism and improve immune function.

Gut Healing Protocol
Reduce harmful bacteria and parasites, heal the gut lining and encourage growth of beneficial bacteria to boost the immune system and gut-brain connection.

Anti-Inflammatory Diet
A diet and supplement protocol designed to reduce inflammation, reverse deficiencies and boost neurotransmitter production.

Heart Rate Variability Training
Up-train the parasympathetic state to lower the baseline of stress, reduce overwhelm and enhance recovery and emotional regulation.

Bodywork
Boost parasympathetic response, reduce tension, improve circulation and lymphatic drainage.

Art & Cooking Classes
Encouraging creativity, authenticity and play. Classes include painting, macrame, chocolate-making and a Mexican cooking class.

Breathwork
Breathwork can elicit the parasympathetic nervous system response and, in some cases, euphoric or insightful experiences.

Drop-in therapy
Bite-sized sessions with a certified mental health professional to practice emotional processing as the opportunities arise.

Functional Movement
With resistance to improve muscle tone and coordination, mitochondrial function and neurotransmitter production.

Nature therapy
The healing effects of nature; grounding and negative ions from waterfalls, beaches, jungle with low-impact, endurance exercise.

QEEG & Neurofeedback
Brain mapping to measure and assess electrical activity, followed by directed Neurofeedback to improve brain function.

Trauma Release Exercises (TRE)
Restore the body's natural mechanism for releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma.

YOGA & Working-in
Integrate mind, body and energy, improve mood, reduce stress and build strength, flexibility and balance.

Compression Suit
To improve circulation and lymphatic drainage to get rid of cellular waste and enhance regeneration.

Temazcal
An ancient Mesoamerican ritual using heat, steam, herbs and chanting for purification of the mind and body.
