The Rēset Intensive is a 5 day introduction to tools for nervous system regulation to improve physical and mental wellbeing.
The nervous system is the connection between the mind and body. When it is dysregulated (due to previous life experiences); sleep, hormones, digestion, cognitive function, reactivity, performance and more are affected. We can’t separate mind and body, in fact trying to separate the mind from the body and even separating each of the parts of the body from each other led to a lot of frustration with the current medical system and the impetus for starting this program.
The program takes a systems approach to reversing the sympathetic dominant state (chronic activation of the flight/flight/freeze/fawn response) by addressing the physical, mental, emotional, nutritional and existential factors that affect the nervous system.

Location
16HA farm 35 mins north of Lisbon, Portugal.
The property features fruit trees, olive groves, lemon groves, orange groves, walking trails, a large pool and a non-toxic spa with a hydrotherapy hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, halotherapy sauna, pool, full gym and padel court.
The closest airport is Lisbon Airport (LIS).
We provide free scheduled airport transfers to/from LIS.
Facilities
Within the 16HA farm set in the Portuguese countryside just outside Lisbon, you will find:

- Non-toxic spa with a hydrotherapy tub
- Infra-red sauna
- Halotherapy sauna (salt)
- Fully equipped gym and event hall
- Walking trails
- An abundance of fruit trees and a veggie patch that supplies our kitchen.
Please note: there are stairs through out the property and uneven terrain.
Travel and access
We are an 35-minute drive from Lisbon Airport (LIS). Complimentary shuttles provided:
- Arrival Day: 3:00 PM pickup from LIS
- Departure Day: 11:00 AM departure from center
