This is a great opportunity to have 1 on 1 time with an instructor to review anything that you would like, which isn't always possible in a group setting.
Each session comes with a takeaway worksheet so you can continue your practice based on the class I designed for you.

This 60-minute private session is perfect if you're new to yoga or want to review the basics. We'll cover foundational poses like sun salutations, alignment, breath work, and common class cues. You'll get one-on-one attention, hands-on adjustments, and the chance to ask questions—something not always possible in a group class. A great way to build confidence and start your yoga journey. Held on our open-air terrace with props provided.
Setting up a home practice
This 60-minute private session is ideal if you already have some yoga experience and want to develop a consistent home practice. We’ll explore how to create a supportive setup that works for your lifestyle, whether you're short on time, traveling, or need more structure. Props are available, and the session takes place on our open-air terrace. Hands-on adjustments are offered to support alignment and deepen your practice.
Nervous System Restoration: Therapeutic Yoga at Casa Itzamara
This 60-minute private session supports your nervous system through grounding, calming practices. Depending on your needs, we may include yin or restorative yoga, myofascial release (MFR), and/or therapeutic sound. These practices help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote deep rest. Ideal for anyone seeking restoration and rest. Held on our open-air terrace with props provided.
