Neurosomatic Rēlease Facilitator

The 12-month certification program that trains you to guide others — and yourself — out of chronic stress, trauma storage, and nervous-system dysregulation using the proprietary NSR method developed at Rē Precision Health.

★★★★★ From our 5-star rated program 15 years of research

Built From Thousands of Real Transformations

Based on seeing more than 3,000 people complete our programs, we’ve distilled the most impactful education, tools, and techniques into one method for real nervous system change. Behind the overwhelm, shutdown, reactivity, and chronic tension is a body still holding unfinished survival patterns, waiting for the right conditions to complete. Neurosomatic Rēlease is that method — created to meet the nervous system with the right tools, so the body can finally let go of what it has been carrying.

Why Rē Precision Health

NSR didn't appear overnight. It is the product of 15 years of research into stress physiology, polyvagal theory, fascia, and trauma resolution — refined across thousands of guests at our retreats in Portugal and Mexico, and developed in partnership with our research team.

What Neurosomatic Rēlease Actually Does

NSR is a guided, three-phase somatic protocol that uses neurogenic tremoring, fascial release, and titrated nervous-system regulation to discharge chronic stress and complete unfinished stress cycles — all without re-traumatising the system.

Phase 01

Rēlease

Activate the body's natural tremor reflex through a 9-exercise sequence that fatigues holding patterns in the psoas, fascia, and deep stabilisers — so the nervous system can finally let go.

Phase 02

Rēgulate

Move the body from sympathetic dominance into parasympathetic safety using pendulation, breath, and the felt sense — widening the window of tolerance one session at a time.

Phase 03

Rēintegrate

Close the stress cycle with integration practices that lock in the shift, so clients leave each session more regulated, more embodied, and more themselves.

What This Training Gives You

This is not a weekend workshop. It is a year-long professional formation in one of the most powerful nervous-system modalities available — and the business framework to make a living from it.

For Your Own Nervous System

30 guided personal practice sessions, monthly live calls, and direct access to the team that created the method. You will not finish this training the same person who started it. That is the point.

For Your Clients & Students

You'll be able to safely guide groups and individuals through NSR and big somatic shifts — with a scope-of-practice framework that keeps everyone safe and you protected.

For Your Practice

NSR combines powerfully with coaching, bodywork, yoga, breathwork, and therapy. Existing practitioners use NSR to add a premium offering. New facilitators use it to launch a standalone practice.

For Your Income

Module 12 is dedicated to the business of facilitation: pricing, packaging, group classes, studio partnerships, retreats, online programmes, and how to add NSR to an existing client base. You leave with a launch plan, not just a certificate.

A Sustainable Practice, Not Just a Certificate

The market for nervous-system work is exploding, and qualified facilitators are scarce. Here is what a working NSR facilitator practice can look like.

Group Classes

$35–$60 per seat

Run weekly 75-minute group classes from a studio, gym, wellness centre, or your own space. A class of 12 at $45 is $540 per session — repeated weekly, that's $28,000 a year from one weekly slot.

1:1 Sessions

$150–$300 per session

Add NSR to your coaching, bodywork, or therapy practice as a premium 1:1 modality. FMost facilitators recover their tuition within 4–6 months of consistent practice.

Workshops & Retreats

$400–$2,000+ per participant

Lead day-long workshops, weekend intensives, or week-long retreats. We teach you the operations: pricing, marketing, venue selection, intake, insurance, and retreat flow.

Illustrative figures based on current market rates for somatic and nervous-system practitioners. Individual results depend on effort, location, prior experience, and business execution.

A Note From Our Lead Facilitator

“I’ve seen firsthand the powerful experiences guests have when these tools are applied with skill and presence. The Rē team has not only grounded the training in sound science, but they’ve also built a curriculum that teaches people how to truly hold a nervous system in real time. The way they sequence the neuroscience, scope-of-practice work, and live practicum creates a deeply effective training structure that prepares practitioners to facilitate meaningful, lasting change. I’m proud to be part of this.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? Book a free 15-minute Q&A call with our team using the button at the bottom of this page.

How can I actually use this training?
Aside from the personal benefits — which on their own are worth the tuition — Certified Facilitators set up their own practice. That can look like online group classes over Zoom, in-person classes at studios and wellness centres, weekend workshops, retreats, or 1:1 sessions. Existing practitioners (coaches, therapists, bodyworkers, yoga teachers, breathwork facilitators) add NSR as a premium offering to their current work. Month 12 of the programme is specifically dedicated to the business of facilitation — pricing, packaging, marketing, studio partnerships, and how to launch profitably. Rē Precision Health can also place practitioners on retreats and part of our corporate outreach (when applicable).
Are there any other costs?
No. The price you see is the full cost for training, all materials, the live group calls, mentorship, the in-person intensive, the final exam, and certification (if you're on the Certified track). The only additional cost is your travel to the in-person intensive location you choose.
Do I need a background in somatic work or healthcare to enroll?
No prior certification is required. The program starts from first principles in the neuroscience and builds progressively. That said, most of our trainees come in with some prior experience — yoga teachers, coaches, therapists, bodyworkers, breathwork facilitators, retreat leaders. If you're starting from zero, you'll need to bring discipline and commit to the personal practice log; the curriculum will do the rest.
How much time per week will this take?
Plan for 4–6 hours per week on average: 1–2 hours of video lessons, 1 hour of reading, 1–2 hours of personal practice, and a 90–120 minute live call once a month. Some months are heavier (the practicum months), some lighter. The drip-release schedule keeps you on track.
What happens at the in-person intensive?
It's where the work becomes real. You'll deepen your personal practice with full-length sessions led by senior facilitators, run live teaching practicums where you facilitate the group, receive direct feedback from the Rē team, observe how we manage emotional releases in real time, and take the practical portion of your certification.
What if I can't attend the in-person intensive?
You can defer to the next available in-person date at no charge for up to 3 years. Depending on where the majority of the group is located, we may add more locations. If it is absolutely not possible to attend in person, we can offer a fully remote option with 1:1 evaluation.
Is this an accredited or licensed credential?
The "Certified Neurosomatic Rēlease Facilitator" credential is a private credential issued by Rē Precision Health. NSR is a proprietary modality — not a government-licensed profession. The training is rigorous and recognised within the wellness and somatic industries, but it is not a substitute for a medical, psychological, or psychotherapy licence, and Certified Facilitators are trained to work strictly within a defined scope of practice.
What payment options are available?
Pay in full (the listed price) or use our 10-month payment plan (a small administrative uplift applies). All tuition is processed securely online. We also accept payment plans for the Rēset Embed track on request — reach out via the Q&A call link below.
What's your refund policy?
Because all curriculum is released on enrollment, the program is non-refundable once the first lesson has been accessed, except where required by law (EU residents retain their 14-day statutory right). If you're not sure NSR is right for you, please book a Q&A call before enrolling.
Do you provide insurance for Certified Facilitators?
We don't provide insurance directly, but as part of Module 12 we walk you through exactly what professional liability and public liability insurance to obtain in your jurisdiction (US, EU, MX, UK and others), with provider recommendations and template language. Carrying insurance is a condition of using the NSR name commercially.
What's the time commitment for the certification requirements?
To certify, you need: (1) all 12 modules completed, (2) a 30-session personal practice log, (3) a recorded solo teaching session reviewed by your mentor, (4) the in-person intensive completed, (5) the final written exam passed. Most trainees complete certification within 12 months; you have up to 3 years to finish.
What if I want to teach NSR but don't have a business yet?
Perfect — Module 12 is built for you. We cover everything from naming and brand positioning to pricing your first classes, finding studio partnerships, building a simple booking website, marketing, and running your first paid workshop. Many of our facilitators start with one weekly class and grow from there.
