Tune Into Your Body

This short workshop will teach how to build communication with the body by utilizing easy tests we can complete at home to gage our mental, emotional and physical health. Facilitated by Samantha.

Rewriting our stories

Maria guides you through a calming meditation, followed by a writing prompt to capture the thoughts and stories that surface in the quiet. This practice helps you recognize unhelpful narratives and understand the “inner narrator.” The session concludes with a visualization meditation focused on detaching from thought.
