Rē-integrate: Tools for Regulation and Better Boundaries - 12 week course
Some guests find that coming home after a retreat can be jarring. You’ve connected, learned, and shifted—but the pace of daily life, family needs, and old habits can quickly pull you back into familiar patterns. And others find they come back home with so much positive momentum but it fades away as the months pass post-retreat.
Rē-integrate was created to help take what you’ve learned and weave it into your everyday life. This live program is led by two Rē practitioners creating a community for guests who have just finished a retreat and want support to establish new patterns and also guests who finished a retreat awhile back and want help with a roadmap for how to sustain positive change,
Over 12 weeks, you’ll experiment with real life nervous system tools, build your own personal toolkit, create & hold better boundaries, and find what truly works for you. Through this practice, the sense of ease and clarity you felt on retreat can stay with you in a sustainable way.
We use a proven structure for softening how our nervous system reacts to situations such as saying no, feeling guilty about asking for what you want, and taking on the workload of others. We will help you develop the skills that allow you to have increased tolerance of difficult decisions, conversations, and environments so that you can navigate forward with confidence.
Additionally, the continued support from a community of other Rē guests and practitioners can make a world of difference as you move through making changes that make your experience look more like what you want it to be.
