10 Week Online Nutrition and Lifestyle Program with Samantha
The goal is to tune in and understand the body's language in order to be able to restore harmony to the physical, mental and emotional bodies.
In this peer-supported program we will look to understand and interpret the body's language by monitoring our reactions to food, our blood glucose, bowel movements, digestive symptoms and sleep in order to support our bodies in healing, building energy and finding our vitality again.
Each week we will have a new focus from experimenting with macronutrient ratios to monitoring heart rate variability to creating a default diary for the week. We will share knowledge via email, experiment in our own time with the support of our accountability buddies and then all meet on a call every other week.
In the mean time you will have access to a weekly helpline, handouts and additional resources to support you on your journey.
The program topics are fluid and may change throughout your program but they will look something like this:
