We are so excited to open our new location in Europe. Located just 35 minutes from Lisbon but a world away from the vibrant capital city. Rē Portugal is set on a 40 acre property surrounded by rolling green hills.

Rē Modalities

We will provide the same modalities as Mexico with additional Neuro-research and Regenerative Medicine options.

We focus on the nervous system because it is the connection between the mind and body. When it is dysregulated (due to previous life experiences), our sleep, hormones, digestion, cognitive function, reactivity, performance and more are affected.

The program takes a systems approach to reversing the sympathetic dominant state (chronic activation of the flight/flight/freeze/fawn response) by addressing the physical, mental, emotional, nutritional and existential factors that affect the nervous system.
